Education:

HSC

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in any discipline (preferred)

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years of relevant experience

Experience in IT Enabled Services, Software Company, Call Center, or Marketing field will be given preference

Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound call center activities professionally.

Communicate with potential and existing clients to provide information and support.

Generate new leads through online/offline marketing activities.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction.

Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.

Maintain client records, call logs, and reports accurately.

Promote company services through phone calls, emails, and digital platforms.

Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements and service delivery.

Achieve monthly/weekly lead generation and sales targets.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide proper solutions.

Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in Bangla (English is a plus).

Good convincing and negotiation ability.

Strong phone handling and client communication skills.

Basic knowledge of computer (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet).

Experience in lead generation and sales conversion is preferred.

Confident, polite, and professional behavior.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Teamwork and positive attitude.
